What bus services do you need?

Three companies deliver our commercial public transport bus services in East Lothian – First Scotland East, Lothian Buses and Perryman’s Buses. The Council also purchases additional bus services on routes on which commercial operators could not make a profit – these services provide essential links between our towns and villages and are currently provided by companies such as Prentice Coaches and Eve’s Coaches.

East Lothian Council is consulting on which routes and features should be part of their new services when the current contracts come to an end next year. Take this opportunity to share your thoughts on the sort of bus services the council should be paying for. Link to consultation
